This is our action plan:

1. Establish a name for our organization.  I like Ten Mile Creek Mountain Bike Association.
2. Get a D.B.A. from St. Lucie or Martin County.
3. Get an E.I.N. from the I.R.S.
4. Open a checking account at a local bank to be able to receive funds and disburse funds from.
5. Get a P.O. Box
6. Obtain permission from SFWMD to ride bikes on their conservation easement.
7. Obtain permission from Private land holders to ride bikes on their land.
8. Obtain permission from the D.O.T. for riding bikes on their land.
9. Organize meetings between Diane Waite (St. Lucie County), Fred Davis (SFWMD) and Gerry McSwain (DOT) on our behalf to arrange land lease or park creation on land in question.
