Every season brings new opportunities and challenges, and this year is no different.  For the remainder of 2005 and then into 2006 it is our club's primary purpose to get the Ft. Pierce Trail cleaned up and then open as a county park.  There will be events at Halpatiokee, chances to get into St. Lucie River State Park, and out of town events as well, but local riders have spoken.  We want a good trail to ride that is closer that an hour away.

OMBA Spring Barbeque
Some of us are loading up our gear and spending March 31, April 1, and April 2 at the new Mecca, Santos, and sharing in the festivities.  In addition to the most complete, best laid out trail system anywhere, they're hosting a bunch of group rides, doing a cook out and a Going Big Demo at the new Vortex Suicide Area.  For more information go here.
 

HALPATIOKEE ANNUAL CLUB MEETING & BBQ:
11am - 2pm  Come on out and have lunch, go for a ride, check out the trail maps, vote for club officers, voice your ideas, give your input, renew old friendships and make some new ones, or renew your membership. No RSVP is necessary.  Food, compliments of Airborne MTB Club.
